Cardig Air reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, without notice, effective immediately upon posting on the Web Site. These are subject to improvements and changes in service by Cardig Air. Please check this page of the Web Site periodically.

If you violate these Terms, Cardig Air may terminate your use of the Web Site, bar you from future use of the Web Site, cancel your reservation, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Restrictions on Use of Materials

This Web Site is owned and operated by PT. Cardig Air (hereinafter "Cardig Air"). No material from this Web Site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of Cardig Air.
Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Cardig Air be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this Web Site. This applies even if Cardig Air authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Booking Process

The Online Reservation system shall be restricted for members use only. It shall accordingly be a condition precedent that any customer desirous of using the Online Reservation system, register themselves through Cardig Air sales officer as a Member.

Customer on becoming a Member will be notified of the login name and password and the Member could then make reservations via the System. Cardig Air hereby expressly disclaim any liability for any damages and/or loss caused to the customer in the course of the customer's registration as a Member (including but not limited to the assigning of the login number and/or password) and any disclosure accidental or otherwise to any party of any personal information relating to a Member's account. All bookings made shall be subject to these Terms.

Cardig Air reserves the right to deny access to this Web Site to anyone at anytime.

No advance reservations using the e-system will be accepted for a duration of more than 7 days, counting both the date of booking (being the 1st day) and the date of the first flight (being the 7th day).
Booking Confirmation

It shall be the Member's responsibility to ensure that all information provided and any flight selection made for booking purpose using the System are correct before submitting them through.

Cardig Air accepts no responsibility for any error appearing on the booking whether made by Member in the course of the booking or otherwise and hereby expressly disclaim any liability for any damages and/or loss Member shall suffer in consequence of such error.

Cardig Air shall send an email confirmation of all bookings. It shall be Member's sole responsibility to enquire with Cardig Air if such email confirmation is not received. Cardig Air accepts no responsibility where the booking concerned shall subsequently prove wrong if Member fails to make enquiries with Cardig Air.

If there is a "NO SHOW" for any flight without members informing Cardig Air in advance (48 hours), we may cancel the onward reservations and/or the whole booking. Members are required to resubmit the booking as a new reservation.

Cardig Air does not guarantee that the e-system or related networks will be capable of remaining on-line at any time and at all times. In no event shall Cardig Air be held liable to Member for any damages and/or loss suffered in consequence of Member being unable to access the System at any time due to failure of the System.

Cardig Air accepts no responsibility and hereby expressly disclaim any liability to Member for lost of information (including but without limitation Member's own personal data provided on Member's registration as a member with Cardig Air online booking Web Site and/or information relating to any of Member's booking) if any and whether in whole or in part howsoever caused after completion of the booking processes using the System.

All carriage services provided by Cardig Air shall be provided subject to Cardig Air Terms and Conditions of Carriage, applicable to the relevant route and relevant Cardig Air product. Members shall refer to the Air Waybill (back). This document is an air transport contract submitted by the Carrier and the named Shipper.
